"A Day in the Life of Tara's Family"

Daily -
AM Shower: Lavender body shower gel, Mirah shave oil & Charcoal Face Soap or Mint Facial Scrub
AM Face: Orange Blossom Moisturizer, Frankincense & Elemi neat (moisture and oh so soft); Savvy Minerals - foundation, bronzer, bush, mascara, lip gloss, eyeshadow.
Thyroid (Hashimotos) function: Lemongrass, Frankincense & Myrrh (roller 1) Geranium, Clove, Myrrh & Lemongrass (roller 2) - these are rotated 2-3x/day everyday (assists in lowering antibodies counts & thyroid swelling).
AM Sniffer: RC & Peppermint (assists with autoimmune responses to sinuses congestion & inflammation)
Pre-breakfast: Clove & Lime roller applied behind ear on parasympathetic nerve (assist with digestion through GI track) & Allerzyme
AM Targeted Supplements: Super B, super C, Super Cal, mindwise, MightyZyme (kids digestive enzyme)
AM Oral Hygiene: Thieves toothpaste, Orange eo (teeth-whitening), Thieves dental floss, Thieves mouthwash
AM water with vitamins: Lemon, lime or orange please!
Mid-AM water: Ginger, Clove, Thyme, Oregano, Cinnamon (assist with lowering inflammation throughout the body)
Post Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner kitchen counter clean-up: Thieves household cleaning spray. It's the bomb!
Commuting: Vehicle diffuser with a yummy uplifting smell like Hawaiian Sandlewood, Joy & Orange, Lemon, Citrus Fresh,
Stress Away, Bergmont or Valor
With Lunch: Ningxia Red or Ningxia Zing or Ningxia Nitro; Thieves mint
​Late Afternoon Post Dinner: Agilease (inflammation), BLM (healthy tissue support),  MightyPro (kids probiotic)
PM Kid's Bedtime: Cedarwood (EVERY night this goes into my son's diffuser to assist with sleeplessness...sometimes I add Vetiver and Lavender and sometimes he asks for his roller which has all three oils in it)
PM Face: Charcoal Face Soap, Orange Blossom Moisturizer, Tea Tree & Purification (drys skin a bit and attacks blemishes) or acne treatment if needed.
Evening Wind-down: Grounding is my favorite to diffuse, but my husband loves lavender or stress away (assists with high energy people like me, who have continual check-lists going on in their head...calms the body). Lavender linen spray on pillows.

As Needed -
Gym Days: pre-workout - RC on chest, neat and lemongrass with unscented lotion on calves; post - panaway, copaiba & peppermint sore spots.
Little Princess emotional struggles: Joy baby! (assists my daughter with her emotions - applied to chest, wrists and sometimes feet 1:2)
Mid-day, any day: Stress Away, Bergmont, Joy & Orange, Brain Power, Frankincense & Valor or grounding topically &/or diffuse (to assist with nervous system support during times of stress)
A boost for immune system function: Thieves, thieves, thieves! (applied to feet & spine)
Extra Digestive Support: Detoxzyme 
Sore, aching or cramping Stomach: Digize topically...and it works every time people! (Sometimes peppermint & ginger tea)
Aching Head: Peppermint (although MGrain is on my list to order as I'v heard amazing testimonies)
House cleaning days: Nothing but Thieves Household Cleaner...for....EVERYTHING (glass, hard wood, granite, tile). Thieves, laundry soap, dish soap & dishwasher soap
Household Owie Roller: Frankincense, Lavender, Copaiba
Massage Days: V-6 massage oil with panaway, peppermint, lemongrass and Frankincense for target areas
Weekend Breakfasts: Gluten Free Pancake Mix
Cooking: Rosemary, Orgeano, Thyme, Basil, Nutmeg, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon, Lime, Lemon, Orange; Thieves veggie spray
Treats: Peppermint, Lemon, Lime, Orange, Nutmeg, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon, Spearmint, Lavender 
A little love: Hawaiian Sandalwood or Joy & Orange (yep, I've posted it and am disclosing)
Fun in the Sun: lavender Mist Spray, Mineral sunscreen lotion
